LabelTac industrial printers are a series of thermal transfer printers that have the capability to produce heavy duty and professional grade custom labels. For the thermal transfer process, it takes ribbon and supplies, also referred to as LabelTac tape, to create labels that will survive an industrial facility or warehouse. Although the classic supply (the vinyl that words and symbols will be printed on) will last five years in both indoor and outdoor application and features a wide variety of rich, vibrant colors, there are many types of LabelTac Tape to choose from to ensure your labeling project is perfect for your workplace.
What are the different types of LabelTac tape?
High performance: If five years isn’t enough protection for your labels, the High Performance 10-year Supply may be right up your alley. This LabelTac tape is developed to withstand harsh conditions of the outdoors for a minimum of ten years. Ideal for applications in hot, arid climates, you can be sure these labels will last for many years to come.
OSHA header labels: Creating custom, but still OSHA compliant, labels have never been easier with this OSHA header supply. Pre-printed with a colored header and a signal word (DANGER, NOTICE, WARNING, AND CAUTION), you just need to add a word message and pictogram to create a professional safety label or sign that is compliant with both OSHA and ANSI standards.
Reflective/Glow-in-the-dark labels: If you’re looking to create labels or signs that can be seen in low-light or dimly lit areas, there’s LabelTac tape for that! Reflective supply features strong reflective properties ideal for stairwells or crawlspaces. This supply also comes in six different colors: yellow, white, red, green, orange, and blue; you can create any time of label your facility needs! Creative Safety Supply also offers photoluminescent supply that “glows in the dark”. When the facility loses power, these labels will glow brightly; ideal for emergency signs and emergency exit labels.
Extreme temperature supply: LabelTac tape can withstand a temperature range of -40°F to 180°F, there may be instances where you need more resistance to extreme temperatures. Cryogenic Label Supply was developed to survive temperatures all the way down to -176°F. And on the flip side, High Temperature Supply will produce labels that can withstand temperatures exceeding 300°F.
Other types of LabelTac Tape: Above are just a few different types of LabelTac supply, but there is still so much variety. Pre-printed GHS and NFPA supply features blank diamonds that can be easily customized by dragging and dropping pictograms into the blank spots. Military condition tags and RTK labels are also pre-printed, making it simple to create professional and compliant labels and signs.
There are also many different options for LabelTac tape with different adhesive backings. Magnetic supply can be directly placed on machines or equipment and repositioned and oily surface supply was developed to stick to dirty and grimy surfaces. Static cling and repositionable supply are both ideal for temporary labeling solutions. On the other hand, high tack label supply is guaranteed to stick onto difficult spots and features an extra aggressive adhesive backing.
Whatever type of labels you need to make for your facility, the variety of LabelTac tape ensures your options are virtually limitless!
